POWER training classes are our signature product based on a scientific approach to optimise fitness gains. These classes are aimed at serious and not so serious cyclists who want to increase their cycling performance. Sessions follow an interval training program based on your Functional Threshold Power (FTP). Our bike technology holds each rider accountable to their individual target power (erg mode) to produce a highly efficient way to train.
